To my islanders: Happy Emancipation Day! I miss living in the US Virgin Islands.. It’s been years but I miss it so much! I can’t wait to go back and visit. Maybe in the next couple of years. I’m hoping that it can be done. I want to see everyone out there too.
To my US Americans: Happy Independence Day! I know I’m a couple hours early, but everything seems to be happening tonight. It’s loud outside. We also picked up some fireworks, so I can’t wait to light those. They’re illegal where I lived in California, so I’m excited for that.
To my boyfriend: Happy birthday A! I love you and I’m so proud of you. You make me so happy. I can’t imagine life without you.
