I just recently graduated from culinary arts school and have the certified skills to be a professional chef. It has been my lifelong dream to own a restaurant in an awesome location in Texas. Recently I ran across a great little restaurant that had closed down due to some issues with the previous owner. The kitchen was already set up and just needed a few tweaks to meet my standards but overall it was a great little space. I decided to jump on the space before anyone else decided they might want to start a restaurant too. This was my dream and I was not about to have anyone take it out from under me when I am this close to having it come true. One thing that you have to plan for in your budget is utility costs and for a kitchen in Texas in the summer you know we are going to have a crazy ACexpense. I was worried about this until I found out Richland Hills has Direct Energy rates. Now I know I have a great rate and I can worry about more important things in my business.

There is a lot of fun to be had out here. There is a great night life in this town and I don’t really get to partake in any of it.

I’m thinking I should go shopping, get myself an outfit, and go out on the town. I’m thinking I should try this stuff: Herbal City™ LLC. Just Feel Good!.. It might just totally complete the night.

I just want to feel good in my skin. Totally complete. I want to have a good time, which I definitely think is needed.

That’s me. Definitely.

I don’t know what to do with myself half the time. I just feel so overwhelmed with life. I feel like I have so much stuff to do and just not enough time to do it in. At times, I feel like I get no help. I’m trying to do everything at once and that just ends up with me getting absolutely nothing done in the end.

I just downloaded some to do lists and reminder apps on my phone. I need to get more organized and figure out what in the world I’m doing. I’m losing my mind, among other things ( remote control harmony) and I feel like its pretty ridiculous.

I need a break. I would just like a little break. I know you can’t get a break from life.. But a short break might do me well.

That’s what I need to do.

I’m not feeling too hot about myself. I want to eat better. I want to work out. I want to tone up. I want to eat mostly, if not all, fresh foods. So far, I’m doing pretty well.

I want to start menu planning and grocery shopping for fresh foods every week. I’ve been having a hard time trying to decide what to plan. I never know what to cook. The only thing A wants is “meat!” so no vegetarian meals over here.

I went running a couple of times but then I got sick, so I wasn’t moving at all. I’m thinking about starting up again, but.. I’m feeling pretty lazy.

I’ve been doing the 30 Day Shred, which I think is pretty fun. I’m also taking part in Fab Ab February. I did the first day and I can’t wait for tomorrow. I wonder if that really helps/works.

I feel like more people are jumping on the exercise and eating healthy train. And that’s good.. Less are going to doctors (thyroid doctors austin).. But some people can’t help it and I understand getting all the help you need.

I’ve been looking online. I get the little magazines. I look at the classifieds in the paper. There are even apartment locators here. I haven’t seen that in California. Pretty convenient. I think they get a percentage if you move in. They seem to be everywhere. Edmonton rentals has a lot of information that has been really helping me out.

I just want a good place. Somewhere in a good neighborhood. Good schools. Convenient location. Close to grocery stores. Not in the middle of nowhere. I’m going to keep looking.

I finally got a good amount of my software for my classes too, so I’m pretty exciting. I’m having some issues with one of my classes, but I’ve been talking to my teacher and she is going to help me out. I just need to find some time to actually talk to her. I am going to be starting another class in the next couple of days. These classes just seem to be never ending. I don’t know when I’m going to be done. As soon as I think that I get a decent amount done, it seems like more appear. It sucks.

I’ve also been thinking about changing my major. I don’t know what I want it to be, but honestly I’m getting a little tired of web design. I don’t know if it’s really what I want to do anymore. It makes me sad since I’ve been doing it for a while.

We can’t decide where we want to look. I know that we don’t want to leave this area, but I know it’s kind of expensive. I’m also curious how this area will be in the next ten years as well. We need to look for places with good schools, even though I’m thinking about home schooling. I want nice neighborhoods, where the kids can go out and play. I don’t want to have to worry about gangs and drive bys. All that stuff.

I know, it’s a lot to think about. Not fun stuff to think about either.

I also wouldn’t mind living off the lake. I always wanted a house, so I can have a front yard and a back yard. But living in a condo wouldn’t be so bad either. I just want our own space. I want freedom to do whatever I want, whenever I want. I mean, technically I do have that now.. But I want to decorate and design.. And just have my own space. I’ve been looking at outer banks real estate for sale, but I’m just not sure.

I’m currently watching President Obama speak and he has a mesmerizing voice. You can’t help, but just sit there and listen to what he has to say. I’m supposed to be typing up my homework, but I just wanted to blog really quick. Just to say hi!

A lot of things have been going on. I feel like I’ve been ignoring my blog. I probably really have. I even thought about making a New Years resolution of blogging more. But then I felt that if I made that resolution, I would come on here and blog a lot about stuff people don’t care to read about. It wouldn’t really have a purpose. So we’ll see where this blog goes this year.

Which reminded me of when we went to Dallas over the summer to see my dad. There was this lodge across the way that was amazing. It had really pretty lodge furniture and I just wanted to take it all home with me. I love that dark wood and I would love to go camping in a log cabin. I think that would be so pretty. This place also had a water park that I wouldn’t mind in my backyard. It was really nice.
